Who is Procure-Hire?

Procure-Hire is a B2B online equipment hire marketplace where equipment suppliers can hire out directly to end users efficiently and at at a fair price.

How does Procure-Hire work?

It’s simple! If you find the equipment you need, instantly schedule it online or you can submit a request for quote for the equipment you need to rent. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via email and we will be more than happy assist.

What type of equipment are available on Procure-Hire?

Any type of Construction, Office & I.T and Audio & Visual equipment.

What documents do I need to provide to verify my account?

If you're hiring for the first time with Procure-Hire, we will need to verify your account before you can hire or have equipment delivered to your job location.

For Limited Companies, we require a proof of ID (eg. driver's license or passport) and a proof of address (eg. utility bill or bank statement) for the company showing your trading address.

For sole traders, we require a proof of ID (eg. driver's license or passport) and a proof of address with your personal address details (eg. utility bill or bank statement).

You can upload these documents to your online account when you register, or alternatively, you can email it to info@procure-hire.com if it’s easier. 

If they are valid, we will only ask for these documents once.

Can I see the distance of the supplier from my location?

Yes, you can see approximately how far you are from the suppliers. Just please remember to accept the location option in your web browser.  We use Google maps technology.

How much does it cost to join and rent from Procure-Hire?

Procure-Hire is a FREE service with no additional or hidden fees. You only pay the amount agreed upon in the rental contract.

How can I search for the equipment?

We have offered flexibility to our customers so you can either search via our search engine on the home page or you can click on the different industry tabs and have many diffrent options to search using categories, or simply using a radius search to see the distance from you and a supplier etc. Complete flexibility enabling you to quickly find the equipment.

What if I encounter a technical issue on the website?

Some technical issues on the website can be resolved simply by refreshing the page. If you do encounter any issues please email us at Info@Procure-Hire.com and we will fix the issue immediately. Also, we ask our customers to provide us feedback on their user experience so we can improve the website in the future to give you the best experience possible!

Is the information of the renter kept private?

Yes! Procure-Hire will only give the contact information of the hirer once the rental request has been confirmed between both parties.

Can I see the supplier information?

The supplier information will be kept private until the rental request is confirmed then we will send all the information about the supplier to you. However, important information such as location and reviews will be visible to you before the transaction is made.

What is included in the price listed?

Once you choose the duration you need the equipment for and select the shipping method, the total price appears will be total amount you have to pay including VAT with no additional or hidden fees.

How much does it cost to join and list on Procure-Hire?

Its FREE to join and FREE to list as much equipment as you like.

How much does it cost to be a Procure-Hire supplier?

There are no charges to be listed as a supplier on Procure-Hire or receive rental requests from customers. Procure-Hire will only charge a small commission from rentals you are awarded. Please contact us if you wish to find out more information about our commission schedule.

How do I know the supplier is reliable?

All suppliers are certified and carefully selected by Procure-Hire and we are proactive in making sure our customers receive quality equipment on time. We monitor and review our suppliers constantly to make sure they meet our standards.

How do I sign up to Procure-Hire?

It’s very simple! Just click “Register to Hire” to hire equipment or if you are a suppler click on “Become a Supplier” and enter your details. Once you have completed our online form and we have done our checks you will receive a confirmation by email and your account will be live. 

Who is responsible for the delivery?

Supplier will deliver to the equipment to the renter. However, customers can also pick up the equipment if they wish to.

Is there any charge for the delivery?

Depending on the supplier there will be a small charge for delivery. However, there is an option for pick and its free.

Who is responsible for damages?

It is the responsibility of the renter to cover any damages, loss or theft. If You receive the equipment damaged from the supplier before use, please contact the supplier or Procure-Hire directly.

How long does it take to sign up to Procure-Hire?

No longer than 3 minutes.
